.......My husband and I were considering how to sell our home and many belongings. I happened to speak with Shane at one of our Senior Awareness meetings and found him to be very knowledgeable and sincere as we spoke of Real Estate and personal property auctions. After Shane and Anne visited our home, we clearly felt the auction method was a good choice for us. Little did we know how good Shane, Anne, and their staff would be as they came in, sorted through items, organized and displayed our belongings in a tasteful manner. Their staff was always professional and courteous.

The outcome of our auction far surpassed our expectations. Our home sold for approximately $30,000.00 more than what we would have expected.
